Fourteen days on any paid course, no questions asked. Here is exactly how that works.

Paid courses
You have fourteen days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund on any paid course, for any reason. You do not have to justify it, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Email hello@ceylearnia.lk from the address on the account. Refunds are processed within five working days and returned by the method you paid with.
The one limit
If you have completed more than half the course and downloaded its materials, we treat that as having used the course rather than having tried it, and the refund no longer applies.
This is not a trap for people who study quickly. If you genuinely finished a course in a week and it was not what the page described, write to us and say so — we will look at it properly.
Memberships
Memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used months, because you keep the access you paid for.
Live workshops and webinars
Cancel a live workshop up to seven days before it runs for a full refund. Inside seven days we have already committed the trainer's time, so the fee transfers to the next run instead.
If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may move to the next run or take a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Free courses and scholarships
Free courses cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Leave whenever you like.
Scholarship places are awarded, not purchased. If you cannot take up a place, tell us early and we will offer it to the next applicant.
Corporate engagements
Corporate training is scoped individually, so cancellation terms are set in the engagement agreement rather than here. They are agreed in writing before any work begins.
As a rule: cancel more than fourteen days out and nothing is owed; inside fourteen days, the design work already completed is chargeable.
